Abstract

This study describes the synthesis of four 2, 4, 5-triarylimidazole derivatives and their anticancer activities. The target compounds were prepared from the reaction of benzaldehyde and benzoin derivatives in presence of ammonium acetate and ammonium vanadate. All the synthesized compounds were screened for anticancer activities against T47D and MDA-MB231 cell lines using the MTT assay.
